Need a Colorproof XF software option not oﬀered by Epson; examples: Dot Creator, Cut Server, etc.

Need to drive a printer model not oﬀered by Epson. Requires use of an M/XL/XXL license

Have a JDF connection requirement for Web Control Center or other EFI MIS Solution

The Change Process FAQ

EFI will issue new EAC licenses and Colorproof XF will need to be removed and reinstalled

–

EFI software support responsibility shifts from Epson to EFI on the date of the conversion

–

EPSON printer support remains with Epson

–

The initial change cost will include a one-year EFI support contract.
