Before Unpacking Your Product

When removing your all-in-one from the box, be sure to lift it from the sides, not

the front and back. This can move the auto duplexer out of position.

Caution: Don’t lift your all-in-one by the auto duplexer or you could damage the all-in-

one. This can cause paper jams when duplex printing or misaligned CD/DVD prints.

Follow the steps below to make sure that the auto duplexer is correctly attached:

1. Remove any packing material from the auto duplexer.

2. Remove the auto duplexer by pressing

the buttons on the sides.

Note: If you cannot press the buttons,

gently push down on the auto duplexer

to re-align it, then try pressing the buttons

again.

3. Reattach the auto duplexer and make sure the buttons are fully popped out.
