5-22 Disassembly, Assembly, and Adjustment Rev. A
The following is the installation procedure:
1. Position the two tabs on the front of [paper guide unit block] so they are below the two
{frame assembly} tabs.
2. Install [paper guide unit block] on {frame assembly}.
When installing [paper guide unit block], make sure that the {motor-paper feed-receipt} and
{paper detector assembly} cables are positioned as shown in the illustration below.
CAUTION:
Make sure that cables are not pinched between [paper guide unit block] and
{frame assembly}. Doing so can cut the cable and cause a short circuit, which will
result in malfunction of the printer.
3. Secure [paper guide unit block] in place with the single {CBS-tite M3x5} screw.
